Influence of Employee Empowerment on Job Satisfaction of Commercial State Corporations in Kenya

The general objective of this study was to establish the influence employee empowerment on job satisfaction in commercial state corporations within Kenya. majority Kenyan employees are absorbed by public sector, and workforce is also increasingly seeking opportunities work sector. Due trend, it essence explore degree which employees' influencing satisfaction. study's effects Specifically, sought assess design; transformational leadership; involvement knowledge-sharing practices Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, Structural Empowerment Social Exchange Theory guided study. employed descriptive research design collecting data from field. target population consisted 55 sample size 48 corporations. main instrument for collection a questionnaire. applicability questionnaire proposed ascertained through pilot including 10 respondents study’s population. A frequency analysis dataset revealed an 83.33% response rate, satisfactory. Conversely, multiple regression strong positive linkage between empowerment.
